Weight Watchers (WW) has finally launched their newest program, myWW. As a WW ambassador, I have been trying out the new WW program for the last few months and I have been LOVING the myWW Purple!
I really love the new Purple plan because it guides me towards a list of healthy foods as the basis of my diet, but I also get a good amount of points in my SmartPoints Budget that I can spend on other delicious foods that I love! Not to mention, there are over 300 ZeroPoint foods like fruits, veggies, lean protiens, and whole grains that are zero points, so you could easily make a zero point meal if you’ve already spent your SmartPoints budget for the day.
In this video, I walk you through the changes WW has made to their new program in addition to showing you a few quick and easy low-point recipe ideas.
