I have made 2 healthy lunch box recipes for kids and for office use also. In these recipes you can add any type of vegetables as per our need either for children or for adults.

Ingredients:

Instant Suji Idli:
Rava/Suji – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cashew Nuts (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Green Chillis (slitted) – 2
Curry Leaves – 10
Grated Carroy – 3 tbsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Baking Soda – 3/4 tsp

Dosa Batter Appe ( Gunta Ponganalu):

Dosa Batter – 1 cup
Onions (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Carrot (Grated) – 2 tbsp
Green Chillis (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Grated Ginger – 1/2 inch
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil – 4 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Gram Dal – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 10
