No Fry Bread in Besan
Ingredients
Besan
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Spring onion
Green chilies
Onions
Salt
Sliced bread
Water
Oil
Instructions
In a bowl, add red chilli powder, turmeric, spring onion, green chillies, onions salt to besan and mix with water to make a liquid but thick consistency.
Dip your bread slices in the besan mixture thoroughly.
Add oil on a heated tawa and place the slices on the tawa and grill till both sides become crispy.
Serve it hot right away with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
