Yogic Breakfast Banana Roti :
INGREDIENTS
2–3 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped 1 cup milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar 3 cups wheat flour (atta)
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt

METHOD
1. Blend the bananas in a blender.
2. Add the milk and sugar and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour and salt. Add the oil and then the banana mixture.
4. Mix everything into pliable dough and let it rest for about half an hour.
5. Divide the dough into small portions and roll into balls.
6. Roll out into small chapattis* or rotis.
7. Roast them on a griddle (tawa) until golden flecks show on both sides.
8. Serve warm.
