Oatmeal ice cream-recipe:
200 ml milk of choice
60gr oats
25 gr almonds
Sweetener of choice

Berry flavored ice-cream recipe:
100gr strawberries
20 gr blackberries (blueberries)
30gr whey protein vanilla flavour
150gr low fat greek yoghurt
sweetener of choice

Coffee flavored ice-cream recipe:
Shot of coffee
10gr coco powder
250gr bananas
vanilla extract

Ice-cream / yoghurt bars
150gr low fat greek yoghurt
Sweetener of choice
2 rice cakes
Fruit of choice (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries etc.)
