Hi Everyone, in this The Terrace Kitchen video, we will see a recipe of fusion of Sandwich & Naan called as Naan Sandwich or Naan-wich. I am keeping it simple by stuffing in aloo masala in the Naan. The chutney takes this sandwich to the next level, you should not skip it!

INGREDIENTS:
Naan Dough:
• 1 & ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• ¼ Cup Milk (दूध)
• ½ Tsp Sugar (चीनी)
• 2 Tsp Oil (तेल)
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
• 2 Tbsp Curd (दही)
• Salt as per Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Chutney:
• 2 Tbsp Roasted Chana Dal (भुनी हुई चना दाल/फुटाना दाल)
• 1-2 Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)
• ¼ Tsp Ginger (अद्रक)
• ¼ Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (ज़ीरा पाउडर)
• 2 Tbsp Curd (दही)
• ½ Cup Fresh Coriander (हरा धनिया)
• ¼ Cup Mint (पुदीना)
• Salt as per Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Stuffing:
• 2-3 Tsp Oil (तेल)
• 2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts (काजू)
• 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अद्रक लहसुन पेस्ट)
• 4 Small-Medium Boiled Potatoes (उबला हुआ आलू)
• 2-3 Pinch Turmeric (हल्दी)
• 1 Tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
• ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
• Salt as per Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
• 1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander (हरा धनिया)
