Ingredients:
Boiled Channa: 1 Cup
Onion: 1 Nos
Tomato: 1 Nos
Raw Mango Chopped: 3 Tbsp
Green Chilli Chopped: 1 Nos
Coriander Leaves: Few
Mint Leaves: Few
Salt: 1/4 Tsp
Pepper Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp

Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make a very trending and effective weight loss salad. Very easy to make with a very few basic and healthy ingredients so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. For making this healthy salad you need 1 cup of boiled white channa. Soak channa overnight and pressure cook for 6 whistles and your boiled channa will be ready. Chana is good source of minerals like magnesium and potassium, which will help to prevent high blood pressure and reduce bad cholesterol levels, hence it will boost heart health. Transfer the boiled channa to a mixing bowl.
3. To this add 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 3 tbsp of chopped raw mango, 1 green chilli very finely chopped, few chopped coriander leaves, few chopped mint leaves, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder and 1 tsp of lemon juice.
4. Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon. Now our healthy weight loss salad is ready.
5. Consume this in empty stomach in the morning for best results. If you suffer acidity, then you can eat a date 10 minutes prior to the salad. A
