Step no 1
Soak 1 cup melon seeds & some cashews for few mins.

Step no 2
In a pan, add 1 cup water, when starts boiling water add 1 cup green peas & 1 bunch of spinach leaves. Blanch this stuff for total 5 mins. Then strain it & keep it aside. Let it be cool.
Another bowl add this mixture & adding Salome masalas like coriander leaves, ginger chilli paste, fenugreek leaves, chat masala, roast cumin powder, grated dry coconut and 1 bread to soak moisture, mix it nicely and make a soft dough. Furthermore make small coins from this dough & shallow fry with any regular oil. (You can do any shape of this & also you can fry it but in this recipe I make a low calorie dish so I am doing shallow fry this coins.) Coins fry until it catches crispness & light brown coloured.

Step no 2
In mixi jar add half cup Paneer, 2 tbsp Fresh coconut paste, soaked melon seeds & cashews, 1.5 tbsp Maida (refined flour) and 3 tbsp Water, grind it and make a paste with this stuff.

Combine all stuff….
In a pan, add 3 tbsp Oil, cinnamon sticks, 3 cloves, chopped 1 tomato, salt to taste & wait until it turns mushy. Now adding 1 tsp ginger chilli paste saute for 2 mins. This time adding white paste mix it nicely. In this gravy add 1 cup water and salt to taste. This gravy is boiling for 5-7 mins on slow flame.
After boiling gravy add fried green coins and serve with any Indian bread or any Biriyani.
Serve hot n healthy Punjabi sabji.
