Dr Cheems kindly explains what some of the delicious looking food that she has created and also telling us some of the health benefits such as saying the food has Low Glycemic Index so it is good for diabetics:

ON THE MENU:
* Wild Rice, Mango, Spring Onion and Indian Spices

* Slighty Sprouted Quinoa with Asparagus and Apricot,

* Vegan Coleslaw made with Cabbage Coconut Milk, Cashew and Dry Fruits

* Red Rice Flakes, Steamed Beetroot, Ginger, Sesame Seeds, Walnuts

* Dhokra Sandwiches

* Beetroot and Ginger Hummous

Also a customer kindly says a few words about the Veg Biryani that Dr Cheems had cooked up.

The Gluten Free and Vegan Dosa batter is made using a stone grinder to give an authentic taste.

Dr Cheems also kindly shares her dosa making secrets by telling us that Dosa plate should not be too hot otherwise you can’t spread the batter, once the batter is spread you should raise the heat to aceive that crispness to the dosa.

It’s worth saying that anyone struggling to reach their recommended “5 a day” allowance would easily achieve that intake target by eating here………..if not exceed it !!!
