Making Healthy Snacks for MeMaw after a stroke

Modified Recipe:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground allspice
dash salt
1 avocado
1/3 cup apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2.5 cups quick oats
1 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup ground flax
1 cup raisins

Oven at 375. Mix all wet ingredients and spices. Add dry ingredients & raisins. Bake 9 – 11 minutes
