This balance bowl is super delicious and filling. You can make a plant base sauce for this even better.
This is easily and I love it as I can mix any vegetable & fruit of my preference.

~ Ingredients ~

2 sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cucumber
2 1/2 carrots
1/2 a Bell pepper
1 fresh tomato
1 green apple
1/2 a cabbage
100 g couscous
1/2 cup Olive oil (for entire recipe)

Black pepper
Salt to taste
Parsley

For couscous
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Small stock
