Broccoli fry is a steamed recipe so it retains all the nutritious values in Broccoli. Try this recipe and enjoy.
Ingredients
1. Broccoli – 300 gms
2. Mustard Seed – 1/4 tsp
3. Urad dal -1/4 tsp
4. Chopped Onion – 1
5. Curry powder – 1 tsp
6. Red chilli – 1
7. Fennel seed powder – 1/2 tsp
8. Curry leaves
9. Salt to taste
Procedure
1. Heat pan and add oil
2. Add Mustard seed and let them splutter
3. Add urad dal and let them turn golden brown
4. Add onion and curry leaves and saute
5. Add chopped broccoli followed by salt and curry leaves
6. Add little water
7. Close and cook for 3 minutes
8. Add fennel seed powder and mix well
9. Cook for one minute
10. Tasty Broccoli fry is ready
