===== Ingredients =====

-For dough
All purpose flour 200 g
Whole wheat flour 150 g
Sugar 1Tbsp
Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Warm water 200-230 ml
Oil 2 Tbsp
Ground flaxseed 2 Tbsp
Black sesame seed 2 Tbsp
Kinako (Roasted soy powder) 2 Tbsp (Optional)

-For Filling
Cooked Japanese sweet potato(Chopped)

===== Recipe =====

Warm water, sugar, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients & mix until all dough come together.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch the dough again & make the dough flatten with roll pin.
Spread filling &roll it from the edge.
Place the dough on baking sheet &let it rise until double in size.
After 30-40 minutes.
Dust some flour on top & score it.
Preheat oven for 210°C or 410°F.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
