Eggs w/ Okunomiyaki Sauce
– 3 eggs
– Okunomiyaki sauce
– Nori (seaweed) Furikake

Soba Noodle Salad w/ Broiled Salmon
– Soba noodles
– Tsuyu sauce (use soy sauce if you can’t find Tsuyu sauce)
– Hot sesame oil
– Rice Vinegar
– Salt
– Togarashi chili pepper
– Green onions
– Toasted sesame seeds
– Salmon fillets

Baked Chicken Katsu

– Chicken breast
– Egg wash
– Flour
– Panko bread crumbs
– Salt

Cabbage
– Shredded cabbage
– Deep roasted sesame dressing by Kewpie

Tofu
– Soft or medium firm tofu

– Minced/grated ginger
– Bonito (dried fish flakes)
