Today’s recipe is Jowar Idli/Dosa very healthy and tasty recipe please do try at my home and please let me know in comments.

Ingredients:
Urad dal-3/4 cup
Jowar- 1 cup
Red rice or any local rice-1/2 cup
salt-1/2 tea spoon
wash and soak 6-7 hours or overnight
grinded smoothly add water according and make dos and idli.
