Healthy Caesar Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup organic greek yogurt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. avocado mayonnaise, I use Primal Kitchen
1 tsp. Anchovy paste
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¼ cup heaping parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Pinch of salt
A few cracks of black pepper

Directions:
Add the yogurt, mayo, mustard, anchovy paste, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Adjust flavors if you need to.

Spoon over your salad and toss. Add croutons if you wish.

This will keep for about 1 week tightly covered in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
