Here, I would be sharing simple blend of traditional and modern weight loss & weight management recipes with our ancient varieties of rice and millets. I also bring in healthy version of low calorie, high dietary fiber and low Glycemic Index snacks and desserts, that would also prevent diabetes and aids in weight loss, when implemented with healthy lifestyle changes.
Various methods and cooking techniques on how to inculcate the traditional rice and millet varieties in our daily routine, through simple, quick yet delicious recipes in our busy schedule is introduced. I do not use refined sugar refined flour (maida) nor refined oils in any of my recipes. I never pressure cook any traditional rice nor millets. Its all open pot cooking. Here, is the technique and method to do so, in minimal time for those busy or cozy days.
