HNK Waffles Recipe:
Serves – 4
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk of choice (we use unsweetened oat, soy or almond milk)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
3/4 cup flour (we used spelt – sub any flour EXCEPT coconut)
1 tsp baking powder
Method:
Heat waffle machine.
In a bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
Spoon mixture into waffle machine and cook for 2-5 minutes or until cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
