In this video i bake a soft and fluppy beetroot challah bread recipe, commonly we bake a common bread flour but this recipe i’ve mixed a fresh beetroot puree or or liquid juice.
l had already made these loaves of bread or buns months ago using beetroot too, but today I want to give them a same color and I will use once again a Beetroot .soft, sweet, chewy , fluffy and healthy beetroot challah bread, Challah definition, a loaf of rich white bread leavened with yeast and containing eggs, often braided before baking, It’s a Jewish plaited bread or sabbath bread is a type of yeast bread very similar to a brioche.

Ingredients:
4 cups (500g) all-purpose Flour
1 tablespoon (10g) Instant dry yeast
1/4 cup (60ml) Vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 cup (50g) Sugar
1 teaspoon (6g) salt
1 medium-large Beetroot (200g)
1/4 cup (60ml) water
1 Egg + 1 tbsp fresh milk
some Sesame seeds optional

Procedure:
1.2 medium size fresh beetroot peel off the skin and chopped into your desire cut.
2.place in blender add some water and bring into a juice.
3.prepare the dry ingredient like all purpose flour combine the instant dry yeast, cup of oil, egg, sugar, salt and beetroot juice into dough mixer machine if available
4.knead until well combine if it is sticky you can add some flour and oil.
5.In a flat working surface knead create a ball and place to mixing bowl drizzle with some oil and let it rise for 1 and half hour for proofing.
6.once in double size cut or divide into 6 pieces
7 roll like a rope.
8.combine 3 rope and braided it as i shown in a video
9.brush a egg wash with milk and sprinkle some white sesame seeds
10. preheated the oven and set for 180 degree for about 20-25 minutes baking time. check time to time to get not over burn out.
11.let it cool down for a while
12. serve with coffee and tea for your next afternoon snack or for your breakfast ideas.
