🔸For Palak Muthia

2 cups Chopped spinach/ Palak
Fresh coriander- handful
1 tbsp grated Ginger & green chilli
1/4 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp Jaggery
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup juwar flour
1/4 cup sooji /Rava
1/4 tsp baking soda
Water as required

🔸For tempering

3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida/ Hing
1 tsp sesame seeds
Fresh coriander
