Cooking recipe and ingredients:
500 g buckwheat flour
1 tbsp psyllium
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
0.7l (24oz) mineral water
Mix dry ingredients. when mixed, add mineral water and mix all together. Bake for 1h on 180°C (356°F).
