THAI SOUP RECIPES (TOM YUM)
Learn how to make “THAI TOM YUM SOUP”. It’s typical “Thai recipe”, typically we take this with Appetizer. During winter season, it’s very common to have some hot soup. Yes that’s true it’s warm up our body and it’s very healthy with loads of fresh vegetables …. Even spice lover can make it as much SPICY as possible. Ingredients Used:
1. Ginger ( 1/2 inch to I inch size)
2. Medium size Onion (One)
3. Small Cabbage (1/4th section).
4. Bell Pepper (Capsicum) … You can use any color Red/Green/Yellow according to your availability. You can mix it as well.
5. Mushroom (4 – 5)
6. Spring Onion (Payaj Koli ) – 3 sticks
7. Salt
8. Ajinomoto
9. Coconut Milk (Can or Freshly Made)
10. Red Chili Sauce
11. Water (As needed depending on Serving Size)
Preparation:
Please Crush the ginger into small courses

Please Note:
– Using extra ginger spice up the soup
– Use Red Hot chili depending on your spice intake level. As Coconut milk is bit sweet, please adjust spice level accordingly.
– Use moderate flame for cooking.
– Use fresh green vegetables as much as possible. NO LIMIT on Vegetables.
Once cooked, please serve TOMYUM soup hot in a bowl. You can take this spicy and yummy soup with appetizer before lunch or dinner, even as evening snack.
