Monday:

Oats:

1/3 cup oats
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoon flax seeds
½ tablespoon maca powder
2 scoops of collagen powder
1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar or maple syrup
Vitamin D drops
1/8 teaspoon salt

Tuesday:

Stir fry (2 servings)

1 teaspoon coconut oil
½ onion
1 zucchini
4 large mushrooms
½ block of tofu
2-3 tablespoon coconut aminos
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Serve with rice, avocado and kimchi

Wednesday:

Maple Mustard Sauce:

1 teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon maple syrup
1 Tablespoon tahini
1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1-2 tables spoon water
