1 zucchini and corn recipe 160 calories (1 serving)

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic
6 oz white zucchini
3 oz corn
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dries thyme
salt and black pepper
1/2 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic to the skillet, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add zucchini, corn, basil, oregano and thyme and cover until zucchini is tender and cooked through, about 3 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste. add cilantro.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with Parmesan.
