Quick and Healthy Breakfast Delight – Vegetable Besan Protein Cheela
A protein loaded, spicy toasted veggies delight.

Ingredients:
40 gm Besan flour
100 ml water
1/4th onion chopped
1/4th tomato chopped
1/2 scoop OZiva Organic Plant Protein
1 small chilli chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp ghee

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, adding in salt and any spice as preferred until a smooth batter is formed.
Heat a pan with some oil on it.
Pour a ladle of batter onto the heated pan and cook on both sides, until golden brown and crisp.
Serve with curd.
