In this video let me show you how to prepare an easy recipe for breakfast, it is a healthy and keto-friendly recipe. Yummy and delicious!!! 1st Component Ingredients:
1.5 cups of organic coconut milk
.5 cups of organic Almond milk
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup or monk fruit
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Blend them together
1/4 cup chia seeds
add a 3rd of the seeds to the mixture and whisk it for 30 seconds
Put to the side and rest it for 3 minutes
Repeat the process until all mixed together with the right consistency
Store in the fridge for 3 to 5 hours
2nd Component Ingridients:
1 cup strawberry
2 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup or monk fruit
Mash while cooking in 7 minutes
1.5 cup of Greek Yogurt
mix them together
3rd component Ingredients:
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1.5 teaspoon of organic maple syrup of monk fruit
Cook, give a nice mix, and remove from heat.
