Quinoa is a protein rich seed but generally referred as grain which Is good source of protein and fiber.
Making this as a part of our meal and substituting once in a while with rice and wheat will definitely helps to get its benifits . As said its rich in fiber & protien keeps us fuller longer and so we won’t reach out for junk food .
