Ingredients:
– Chick Pea or Kabuli Chana 100 gm or 1 bowl. Soaked and semi cooked
– Onion Powder 1 tsp
– Oil 1 tsp
– Red Chili Flakes 1/4 tsp
– Oregano 1/4 tsp
– Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
– Black Salt 1/2 tsp
– Ginger Powder 1/4 tsp
– Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp
Procedure:
1. Soak the Chanas overnight
2. Next day pressure cook till 2 whistle
3. In another bowl make smooth batter with onion powder and olive oil. You may use any oil
4. Add that batter in boiled chana and mix well
5. Now add Red Chili Flakes, Oregano, Black pepper powder, Ginger powder, Cumin Powder and Rock salt and mix well.
6. Pre Heat air fryer for 15 minutes
7. Put the chanas on frying net
8. Air fry for 15 minutes at 200 degrees temperature
9. Serve as snacks or enjoy with juice / mocktails
10. Preparation time 20 minutes
