In this homemade oat bread recipe, you don’t need any flour or yeast, just old-fashioned rolled oats.
This oatmeal recipe is gluten-free (when buying choose gluten-free oat flakes ), with no flour and no yeast.

Ingredients:

300 g oat flakes / 3 cups + 8 teaspoons
150 ml hot water / 2/3 cup
10 g baking powder / ~ 2 teaspoons
160 g Greek yogurt (10% fat) / 0.56 cup(9 tablespoons)
15 g coconut sugar / 1 tbsp
2 medium eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
almond flakes (optional)

bake for 50-55 minutes at 175° C / 347° F
20 x 8 cm baking pan / 8 x 3-inches
