Crispy Wheat Flour Tacos Recipe | Tasty Lunch _ Weight Loss Homemade Healthy Meal by Diet Clinic

INGREDIENTS :
• 1 cup Capsicum
• 1 cup Cabbage
• 1 cup Carrots
• 3 Green chilies
• 1 cup Chicken
• 1 cup Wheat Dough

HOW TO MAKE IT?

•Take Dough and make small balls.
•Flatten the balls with a rolling pin.
•Take a Pan or Tawa. Heat it and add 1tbsp olive oil and add chicken in it.
•Cook chicken until it becomes golden brown.
•Add vegetable and cook them properly.
•Add salt, black pepper, soya sauce and green chillies.
•Mix them well and let it set for 2 minutes on medium flame.
•Now take a separate pan and add 1tsp olive oil.
•Put flatten crisps in it and cook it in oil from both sides
•Add filling and fold it.
•Cook it for 2 minutes on very low flame.
•Wheat Tacos are ready to eat.
