Here is a simple, easy to make, fat loss recipe. This Chocolate Greek Yoghurt snack recipe is low in calories, high in proteing and extremely tasty!
Ingredients are:
• Greek Yoghurt
• Mixed Berries
• Splenda Sweetener
• Cocoa Powder
1. Add 1 tspn of Splenda and 1 tspn of Cocoa Powder to the greek yoghurt
2. Mix together until you have a sooth consistency
3. Add in some mixed berries
4. Stir everything together
5. Enjoy!
