Ingredients & Process :
Boiling water
Salt-½ tsp
Carrot-2 (medium size)
Cauliflower-1 & ½ cups
Broccoli-1 & ½ cups
Boil for 2 mins
Cabbage-1 cup
Boil for 30 sec
For Stir Fry Sauce :
Oyster Sauce-1 tbsp
Dark soya sauce-1 tbsp
Chili flakes-1 tsp
Salt-¼ tsp
Sugar-½ tsp
Water-2 tbsp
Cornflour-1 tsp (optional)
White sesame seeds-1 tsp (optional)
Mix well
Oil-2 tbsp
Ginger chopped-1 tbsp
Garlic chopped-1 tbsp
Saute for 30 sec on high flame
Green chili-3
Saute until brown
Onion-1 (medium size) (optional)
Saute for 30 sec
Add boiled veggies
Mix
Cook for 2 mins
Spring onion-1 cup
Mix
Add prepared sauce
Mix well
Cook for 1 & ½ mins
Salt as per taste (if needed)
Mix well
