hello friends my name is radhi metha and welcome to my channel the healthy hub do you know that jowar is rated among the top five grains in the world it is also called the new quinoa in the market due to its gluten-free property and high fiber content so this calls for a healthy recipe which is made up of Jowar and it is called the jowar puffs or Dhani which is called in India this is made in the months of Jan Feb and march it is a very healthy snack and can be enjoyed anywhere and by everyone let’s get started so on the low flame first we will roast the dahlia so I’ll put this I’ve just taken around 1 4 or less than 1 4 cup of Dalia roast it for around 2 to 3 minutes so it becomes crispy now I’ll take this out again and keep it in a bowl now on the same thing we will put around one spoon of ghee

to this, we will add a little bit of healthy powder and red chili powder and if you stir it so that it doesn’t turn out brown make sure and now immediately to this we will add the Dhani or the jewel pups which we have two cups and also the roasted dahlia mix this

very gently

and make sure the flame is slow and now you can add salt as per taste

and now we will mix this very slowly so that the masala gets mixed evenly and then our snack will be ready

i like it with less turmeric powder so I’ve just used a pinch of turmeric powder if you like it you can use a little more turmeric powder to make it more yellow and red it all the color depends on the masala which we add

and now our roasted jaguar puffs are ready to serve

wow it is so crispy the dahlia is amazing you can also enjoy this particular snack with dates of your choice may be brown dates or black dates and enjoy it with friends and family that’s it
