@Food Chella made this healthy, quick and easy salad at lucky bay in Esperance. it has one of the most beautiful beaches in Australia. Cape le grand is famous for its white sands and turquoise waters and kangaroos. it has colonies of kangaroos living around but most of it has been burnt because of the bush fires in 2021. there is a possibility of sighting kangaroos at lucky bay taking sunbaths in warmer months. I made this quick and easy salad there to capture the beauty of nature.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tomato
1 apple
1 plum
half pack feta cheese
Salt
Blck pepper
Salad leaves
Procedure:
1. Slice tomato, apple and plum and stack. spread is a serving dish in the form of layers.
2. Top with feta, salt and pepper.
3. Finish with mixed salad leaves
