I am including the recipe for the best bread spread ever! Not just for bread but for crackers and boiled root crops like yucca, plantain, taro and sweet potatoes. Golden Paste Spread Recipe:
3 tbsp. organic tumeric powder
2 tbsp. organic chia seeds or 3 tbsp ground flax seeds
3 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder ( or ginger powder)
1/4 cup organic honey
Mix all the ingredients. It will be a little liquidy but it will be buttery in consistency after 4-6 hours. Store in a dark , cool place. Spread away!
