HARD BOILED EGG IN MICROWAVE:

SALMON MICROWAVE DINNER:
for the Japanese sweet potato, slice it into quarters, cover with a moist paper towel and microwave for 4 minutes, then 3 minute intervals after that. wet the paper towel again if needed. It shouldn’t take more than 12-15 minutes total so check them periodically until they’re soft (but not overcooked, because they’ll get dry).
for the Brussels sprouts, douse them in water in a shallow plate, add salt and cover with a paper towel and microwave in 2 minute intervals. mine cooked in 4 min total but it will depend on your microwave!
for the SALMON, season it to taste, cover with a moist paper towel and microwave first for 2 minutes, and then in 1 minute intervals until it’s flaky. it shouldn’t take longer than 7 min total so make sure you aren’t overcooking it!
