This banana bread recipe requires very simple ingredients. It’s quick and easy to make you don’t even need an electric mixer for this recipe. Just toss everything into a bowl, whisk your wet ingredients with a fork, then mix everything with either a spoon or spatula and start baking! This healthy banana bread is deliciously soft I’m sure everyone in the family will love it for an appetizing snack or dessert!

Just a note, the amount of bananas and sugar may vary. If you use over-ripe bananas (which is the best), you may either lessen the amount of sugar or won’t even need any sugar at all. Over-ripe bananas can give this bread its natural sweetness. Also, you may use vegetable oil if you don’t like using butter for this recipe (like I do).

You’ll only need: bananas, flour, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, vanilla, and sugar.
