Horse gram is a plant- based protein rich pulses .Horse gram called in tamil Kollu.Its really very cheap in price and lot and lots of health benefit in this.
Horse gram is rich in protein , Mineral , Iron , Fiber , Calcium , Carbohydrate, Phosphorous and Zero (0) fat .
Ingredients :
Cooked Horse gram – 300 gram or 1/4 cup
Curd – as needed
Himalayan Pink Salt – as needed
