This is a simple and tasty pumpkin soup using healthy and easily available ingredients. This soup is filling that it can be had even for dinner.
Ingredients needed
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
Ginger 1 inch – finely chopped
Red chillies -1-2
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Pumpkin – 1 1/4 cup
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Coconut milk Medium thickness- 1 cup
Sunflower seeds n pumpkin seeds soaked overnight – 2 tbsp
