Nutrition in this breakfast:
Full of minerals and multivitamins
Ingredients: (261 Calories)
1 Banana
2 Tbsp Oats
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Milk
2 Tsp honey or maple syrup
1 Tsp olive oil (or any cooking oil)
Cardamom
Recipe:
I a bowl add oats. Add milk, banana and milk. Add cardamom and blend it. Preheat frying pan for a few seconds and add the oil. Add the blended material and cover the frying pan at low flame for 7 minutes. Turn its side down and cook again for 7 minutes. Take out in the dish and apply honey or maple syrup on it.
Your super healthy breakfast is ready.
