Dosai Ingredients(makes 10 Dosa)

1/2 cup moong dal
1 cup ragi powder
1 tbs channa dal +1 red chili (optional)+ a thin slice of ginger
salt to taste
water

Beetroot chutney
2 small beetroots(grated or diced)
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard see+ 1/2 tsp urad dal+ 2tsp channa dal
5-6 red chilies + 5 – 6 shallots + 1 clove garlic
small ball tamarind
Salt to taste
For seasoning
1 tsp oil +mustard seed+curry leaves+ red chili + 1/4 tsp hing
