Ingredients for this recipe:
. 1 romaine lettuce
. 50g arugula
. 50g mung bean sprouts
. 150g shrimp (Marinate the shrimp with 2 crushed garlic and lemon juice and then fry in butter for 5 minutes.)
. 1/2 Cup of cooked quinoa
. Half fennel
. Half an avocado
. 50g Dill
. 50g coriander

How to make salad dressing:
. 1 tbs olive oil
. 1/2 tbs balsamic
. 1/2 tbs Worcestershire
. 1/2 tbs yogurt
. Salt and pepper to taste
