my traditional korean kimchi homemade:

MISO RAMEN
what you will need:
– 2 blocks of ramen noodles
– 32 ozbeef bone broth
– 2 cups water
– 3 tbsp miso paste
– 1 tsp Gochujang or red chili paste
– veggies of your choosing
I use lettuce, bokchoy, shredded cabbage, green onions, and also a boiled egg

– add water and broth into a pot, bring to boil before adding in the paste.
– once boiling add each paste to the water and let dissolve for about 5 minutes
– once paste is dissolved turn heat up and add ramen noodles, cook noodles per instructions
but typically only needs 6 minutes
– once noodles are done, turn heat off and assemble your bowl with veggies, egg, and
then add your ramen + broth
