1 C rolled oats
1/2 c plant milk
1/2 – 1 medium banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 capful of vanilla extract
– Blend well in a blender, pour batter onto a non-stick pan to make pancakes
Top with the other half of the banana and pure maple syrup

Lunch –
1 diced zucchini
1/2 diced onion
Frozen peppers
1 C rice
1/3 Chickpeas
Nutritional Yeast (Add to taste)

Dinner –
Pasta
Tomatoes
Olives
Spinach
