Hi lovelies, today I have a delicious healthy breakfast recipe for all of you who love granola! 🙂 I enjoy eating granola with a little yogurt and fresh fruit or berries 🙂 I must say it is my favourite sweet breakfast and snack option. Todays recipe is for a really quick and easy to make chocolate granola without raisins. I really love making homemade granola since I can decide what I put into it, I know it has no added sugars and also it is much cheaper than the similar options available in stores. I hope you are going to like this homemade granola flavour and try it out. Enjoy! 🙂

Ingredients:
(15 Portions)

– 300g (3 cups + 6tbsp) oats
– 15g (1 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
– 100g (about 1 cup) pecan nuts
– pinch of salt
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
– 2-3 tbsp agave syrup/honey
– 1 tsp vanilla paste/extract
– 50g (about 1/2 cup) coconut chips
– 70g (about 2/3 cup) banana chips

Bake the granola in 150°C (300°F) for 15 minutes, mix shortly and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until beautifully golden.
