Day 1/7 : Quick Dinner Ideas / High Protein #shorts

🥣 For Moong Dal Batter (Coating)
Moong Dal: 1 cup (Soaked for 2-3 hours)
Green Chillies (Hari Mirch): 1-2
Ginger (Adrak): 1 inch piece
Garlic clove : 5-6
Hing (Asafoetida): A pinch
Turmeric Powder (Haldi): 1/4 tsp
Salt: To taste
Water: As required for a thick batter
🍞 For the Sandwich & Stuffing
Whole Wheat or Brown Bread: 4-6 slices (Healthy alternative)
Paneer (Cottage Cheese): 150g (Mashed)
Bell pepper ,Onions , Tomato , Green Chilies : fine chopped
Chaat Masala: 1 tsp (To sprinkle on paneer)
Roasted Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder): 1/2 tsp
🍳 For Cooking (Non-Fried)
Oil or Ghee: Just 1-2 tsp (For brushing/greasing the pan)
Instructions :
“As this is a non-fried recipe, roast the pakora well from all sides on the pan. Flip and stand them vertically to cook the edges evenly.”
