First, heat 1 tsp desi ghee in a pan. Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and 1 tsp finely chopped green chili. Then add 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, and 1 tsp kasuri methi. Mix well. To prevent the spices from burning, add a little water.

Now add the boiled rajma (kidney beans) along with 1 tsp white salt and 1 tsp black salt. Mix everything well and mash the rajma using a masher. Add some freshly chopped coriander leaves and let the mixture cool down. Once cooled, shape it into small balls.

For the creamy dip, take ½ cup curd (yogurt) and add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp minced garlic, chopped coriander leaves, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Mix well.

Next, prepare the masala onions. Slice 1 onion and add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, fresh coriander, and a sprinkle of oregano. Mix everything together.

Now for the final tacos! Heat a tawa and add a little Amul butter. Place the rajma balls on the tawa and put a roti on top. Press gently so the rajma spreads evenly and sticks to the roti. Cook until golden and crispy.

Transfer to a plate and top one side with the creamy dip and masala onions. Fold it like a taco.
