It’s important to understand that the type of food you eat in the morning is what allows you to have more energy, sharper focus, healthier weight, smoother skin, and better digestion.

Nutrition in this breakfast:
Full of minerals and multivitamins
Vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D, E, K
Minerals: Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, K, P, Zn

Ingredients: (337 Calories)
2 Eggs
1 cup Cabbage
1 Tomato
1 Potato (medium size)
1 Onion
1/2 cup Spinach
1 Green Chilli
1 Tsp olive oil (or any cooking oil)
To taste: Salt, black cumin, black pepper, coriander leaves.

Recipe:
Pre-heat pan and add oil. Add onion and tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Add thin slices and cook well. Add 1/4 cup water and cover it for 3 minutes. Add cabbage and mix well. Add spinach and mix well again. Add green chilli. To taste add salt and black cumin. Add 1/2 cup water and cover again for 5 minutes. Evenly spread finely beaten eggs and cover for 2 minutes. To taste add black pepper and coriander leaves.
Your super healthy, amazingly tasty sehri breakfast is ready.
