Moong Dosa recipe :
Ingredients:
* Green gram (moon) – 1 cup
* Ragi (nachni) a9finger millet) – 1/2 cup
* Methi – 1 tsp
* Water for soaking as required
* Few curry l eaves
* Red dry chilly – 1
* Fresh coconut – 1/3 cup
* Cumin (jeera) – 1 tsp
* Salt – 1.5 tsp, as per the taste
* Water – 1 + 3/4 cup for grinding
* Oil or ghee as required
* Onion as required
* Coriander leaves as required
Serve with coconut chutney,
Chana dosa recipe :
Ingredients:
* kabuli chana (chickpeas) – 1 cup
* Raw rice – 1/2 cup
* Methi seed (fenugreek) – 1/2 tsp
* Water – 2.5 cup for grinding, add gradually
* Salt – 1.5 tsp, as per the tase
* Water – 1/2 cup for adjusting consistency
* Oil or ghee as required
