Stuffed Roll Bread

Ingredients For Dough:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Granulated sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Instant yeast 1tbsp
Egg 1 large
Warm milk 120 gm (½ cup)
Unsalted butter (room temperature) 28 gm (2 tbsp)

For The Filling:
Chopped jalapenos as required
Chopped olives as required
Dry parsley 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Beaten egg for brushing

Method:
For the Dough, Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add egg and warm milk. Mix until it becomes a dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Mix all the ingredients for filling. Roll out the dough and spread with filling. Again, roll and place in a baking pan. Brush with beaten egg. Bake on 200°C in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Salt Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:
Whole chicken with skin 1 kg
Unsalted butter (melted) 1/4 cup
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Thyme powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1
Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Salt Crust:
Salt 2 packets
Egg white as required

Method:
Marinate chicken with melted butter, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice and red chili powder. Cook marinated chicken on high heat for 2 minutes. Take a baking tray cover the chicken with salt crust and bake on 200C for 1 hour 15 minutes.
